Terrence Duffy is a professionally trained advanced cardiovascular technologist with extensive experience in performing and interpreting echocardiograms and vascular ultrasounds. He has been working at NorthOaks Cardiology Clinic since 2015, where he conducts comprehensive transthoracic echocardiograms, stress tests, and vascular studies in accordance with IAC and ASE guidelines. His expertise includes real-time 2D and 3D echocardiography, myocardial strain assessment, and echo-guided cardiac resynchronization therapy.

Terrence holds a Bachelor of Science in Cardiopulmonary Science from Louisiana State University Allied Health Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. He is certified as an Advanced Cardiac Sonographer (ACS), Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS), and Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT).

Throughout his career, Terrence has held various supervisory and training roles, including overseeing PACS and EHR systems, managing sonographers, and providing clinical instruction to students. His previous positions include roles at Dr. Lam Nguyen MD Interventional Cardiology, Lafayette General Medical Center, and Southeast Louisiana Veterans Healthcare System.

Terrence is an active member of professional organizations such as the American Society of Echocardiography, American College of Cardiology, and the Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
