Dr. George F. Isa is a highly regarded interventional cardiologist specializing in advanced cardiovascular procedures and patient care. He holds board certifications in Cardiovascular Medicine, Interventional Cardiology, and Nuclear Cardiology. Dr. Isa completed his medical education at Louisiana State University School of Medicine and further specialized through a Cardiology Fellowship at Ochsner Foundation Hospital and an Interventional Cardiology Fellowship at Scott & White Clinic/Texas A&M.
With a rich professional background, Dr. Isa has served as a Senior Staff Interventional Cardiologist at St. Tammany Health Systems and Ochsner Health Systems. His expertise includes invasive coronary procedures, structural heart interventions like TAVR and Watchman, and peripheral vascular interventions. He has also been actively involved in medical leadership, serving as the Medical Director of the Structural Heart Program and holding various leadership roles at St. Tammany Hospital.
